You acknowledge that Bickell and Mackenzie will rely on the information, data, and representations supplied in preparing and issuing a disclosure statement to third parties.

You warrant that the Information is, to the best of your knowledge, true, accurate, complete, and not misleading, whether by omission or otherwise, as at the date it is provided. You understand that this information will be relied upon for the preparation of a Disclosure Statement and other documents required for the sale of your property.

You acknowledge that providing false or misleading information may result in legal consequences, including a buyer terminating a contract of sale.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bickell and Mackenzie and its officers, employees, agents, and advisors from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) arising directly or indirectly out of:
• any inaccuracy or incompleteness in the Information you have provided;
• any misleading or deceptive conduct (including by omission) in connection with the Information;
• any claim made by a third party arising from or in connection with the disclosure statement to the extent such claim is based on the Information provided by the Supplier.


This indemnity survives the issuance of the disclosure statement and remains in force regardless of whether you have verified or attempted to verify the Information.
